I've been thinking About doing something like this for some time, but never thought it possible. And definitely not if trying to come close to this shot's excellence. the fact that this ISN'T an SLR amazes me! I thought for sure it was. But now that the sky is pointed out, I do notice the grain, but that doesn't subtract from the sheer power this shot has. I like the fact that no lights around makes only the round about illuminated, and a small distance around it, where as everything else is pure black. It really gives it that initial impact.
